AS Roma want Alexander Merkel

AS Roma said to have approached Alexander Merkel. Germany's young players have certainly left AC Milan after Genoa purchased half ownership.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini loves the game of 20-year-old midfielder. Sabatini Hope Merkel can strengthen this center of Rome which has occupied a number of players such as Fernando Gago, Miralem Pjanic, Daniele De Rossi, and Eric Lamela.

Earlier, Genoa only has half ownership of Merkel Merkel after returning to Milan in the January transfer window. Unfortunately, Merkel was only able to perform in three games because of a severe knee injury.

Now, Milan decide to sell the full Merkel to get half ownership of El-Shaarawy who previously co-ownership status with Genoa. Before returning to Milan, Merkel played in 13 matches with an impressive club is nicknamed Il Grifone.
